About the Speaker:

Rasem Kamal is a lawyer and the managing partner of Kamal & Associates—Attorneys and Counsellors-at-Law, a full-service business law firm based in Ramallah, Palestine. He specializes in corporate and business law, providing legal and consultancy services to both Palestinian and international clients. His clients come from diverse backgrounds, including government agencies, international organizations, diplomatic missions, civil society organizations, donor-funded projects, multi-billion dollar cross-border corporations, family businesses, and private individuals with high net worth.

In addition to his legal work, Mr. Kamal co-authored and participated in the drafting and advocacy efforts of the Palestinian Companies Law of 2021, as well as numerous other Palestinian laws and by-laws. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Palestinian Electricity Regulatory Body, as well as for the Rawabi City Municipal Council.
